Rates are for two people:
Extra Guests = $100.00 each per week;  50% deposit required to hold reservation;  Balance due 30 days prior to rental.  Cancellation over 60 days:  Refund minus  $250.00 Admin. Fee;   Cancellation 31 - 60 days: 50% refund minus admin. fee $250.00;  Cancellation 30 days or less: no refund.
